DIRECT PLUG-IN (Electric
Torque Screwdriver)
OPERATION
MANUAL:
|
1.Change Bit: Pull the collet ring
outwards. Insert the screw bit. Then,
release the collet ring, and the bit will automatically lock into position. 2.Torque
Adjustment:
Twist the torque nut toward higher numbers on the torque scale for higher
torque. Twist toward lower numbers
for lower torque. (The numbers on the
scale are for reference purpose only.
The true torque output can only be measured by a torque tester.) 3. Plug the
Screwdriver into the Electricity Source Socket. (Make sure the voltage is correct.) 4.
Tightening the Fastener: (1) PUSH AND LEVER COMBINATION FUNCTION (Put the
switch on the PL position) Push-start
Mode: Squeeze the trigger, make sure to keep the tool
bit straight onto the fastener. Then,
push to start to tighten the screw.
As soon as the preset torque is reached, the tool stops
automatically. The tool is ready to
drive next screw. Level
(Trigger) Start Mode: Apply axial pressure through the tool onto the
fastener. Then, squeeze the trigger
to start to tighten the fastener. |
(2) PUSH START FUNCTION (Put the switch on the P
position) Make sure the bit straightly engage the
screw. Then, push to start to tighten
the screw. (It is the same as PL Function.
It is not necessary to squeeze the trigger.) 5.
Untightening the Fastener: If fastener is not properly seated, change the
FORWARD/REVERSE selector to REVERSE position. Then, do the same operations as to tighten the fastener (Item
4). 6. Do not change the setting FOR/REV. while the motor is running, or permanent damage to the motor will happen. 7. Keep the
tool properly maintained: Change the carbon brushes and lubrication
annually, and our tool will give you many years of reliable services. |
